  • Experimenting

    Hey guys I know it has been a week. I have been so wiped out and sore and stuff this past week from all the things i have been doing and from working out. Let me explain what else has been going on first.  I am going to tell you all the things I have been up to but not yet. I need time to type that all out because it is going to be a lot.  I don't want to type it all at once.

    So in the past if you have been following me for a while or my previous account hotpinkstarberry, you know that I have had big gaps in my posting sometimes. Since I came back to Xanga over a month ago I have been seeking out solutions to this problem and have been experimenting on new ways of posting. In the past I have just posted at night and typed everything at once. As much as I love to write though, this get's old for me very fast because I have a problem with seeing some things as being chores after a while of repeating them too much. In the past this has been my reason for getting sick of posting. Before this past week you have probably noticed my incredible consistency in posting on my blog. This was able to happen because instead of trying to type up everything at once I typed it as the day went along. I have found that I am a whole lot more patient and have a lot more fun doing it this way and I remember a lot more.

    A few days before I went missing again I went back to my old style of posting and you can probably see I got sick of it again. I wanted to compare, so I let this happen. I am back now though.

    Now for the other reasons. I have also been working out a lot the past week and this also contributed to my absence. I got super sore as you know and I could not even move my arms very much for a few days.

    The third reason is that after I am around a LOT of people I can be a little internally exhausted. I am introverted and my brain works like an introvert. I get really stressed out and tired if I am around a lot of people for a long period of time. This happened on my birthday. I always lose my motivation to do anything social for a few days after a situation like this. I am fine now though.

    Anyway this is all I am going to talk about today. I'll have the happenings of last week up until this week up soon.  I have to take it slow though or I'll get impatient again.  Nothing much has happened today. I have just been hanging out doing the usual. I have actually started re-watching the Sailor Moon anime since yesterday. Nothing more of note for today. I'll write more later.

    By the way I am going to keep posting regularly while I am working on writing about the last week.  See you guys around. :)

  • keep hydrated as this will help with the pain during work out.  also something for the pain like motrin and maybe you might want to "ice" your joints/muscles etc. after the work out to help with pain. dont for get to warm up and cool down
